FOOD FIT - is a 6 week program for individuals living on low/moderate incomes who experience barriers around healthy eating and physical activity but who are motivated to make lasting changes to their health.
FOOD FIT Jr. - These interactive programs engage children and youth in a variety of fun, food-related activities, from cooking to gardening to riding a bike that blends up smoothies. Children learn about nutrition and healthy eating, and have opportunities to cook and try new foods.
